This list follows the UK regulated allergen list used in official food business guidance.
How to order safely
Use these steps each time you visit. Recipes and ingredients change. Your allergy risk is personal, so check every time.
When you order
1. Tell us your allergy or intolerance before you order.
2. Tell us how severe it is and what happens when you react.
3. Ask us to check ingredients and preparation for your dish.
4. If you are unsure, pick a simpler option with fewer ingredients.
Cross-contamination
We prepare food in a shared kitchen. We follow safe handling practices, but we cannot guarantee a zero cross-contact environment.
Prepacked food
If we sell food that is packed on-site for direct sale, food labelling rules require the product name and an ingredients list with allergens emphasised.
If you need written allergen details for a specific dish, contact us and we will respond with the current information available for that item.
